How do I play?
Blocks fall one at a time. Move and turn them, and when one lands it turns into sand that pours, slides and piles up. When sand of one color joins the left wall to the right wall, that whole band blasts away and scores. The game's tutorial walks you through it the first time, and How to play in the lobby replays it.
- Adventure: 100 levels, each with its own goals, such as clearing a number of spans, digging out gems or filling buckets, with a limited number of pieces. Beat a level to open the next one; more stars for a higher score.
- Classic: play for as long as you can. As your score climbs, the level goes up and new kinds of sand and pieces join in.
How is my progress saved?
Your levels, stars, boosters, best classic score and settings are saved automatically on your device. There is no account and no online save, so you can play offline.
- Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data, removes your progress from the device, and we can't restore it.
- Your device's own backup (iCloud, or Android's backup to your Google account) may include the game's data and bring it back when you restore a backup or move to a new phone, but we can't guarantee it.
I'm moving to a new phone. Can I keep my progress?
Only through your device's own backup or transfer tools (for example, restoring an iCloud backup, or Android's phone-to-phone transfer). The game has no account, so we can't move your progress for you.
How do boosters work?
Boosters appear as you go through the adventure: the Bomb from level 10, Rainbow from level 21, Shake from level 31 and Swap from level 41. Each comes with a few free charges, and beating levels for the first time gives you more. When a booster runs out, you can choose to watch a short video for another charge.
- Bomb: turns the falling piece into a bomb that blasts the sand around it.
- Rainbow: turns the falling piece into rainbow sand, which completes a span of any color.
- Shake: shakes the board so the sand flows flat and fills the holes.
- Swap: swaps the falling piece with the next one.
I ran out of room. Can I keep going?
When a level is lost, you can watch a short video to continue it, or try the level again. Videos are always your choice.
Video ads don't load. What can I do?
- Videos need an internet connection. Try Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again.
- Sometimes no ad is available for your region at that moment. Wait a little and try again.
- Ad blockers, some VPNs and private DNS settings can stop ads from loading.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the game.
If an ad played but you didn't get your reward, write to us with the approximate time.
How do I change my privacy or ad choices?
- In the game: Settings → Privacy choices lets you review or change your consent for analytics, crash reports and personalised ads (shown where the law requires it, such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland).
- iPhone: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: your device's Google settings, usually Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads), where you can reset or delete your advertising ID.

The game crashed. What should I do?
Crash reports usually reach us automatically (see crash reports in our Privacy Policy; where the law requires your consent, only if you agreed), so we often know about a crash already. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model, operating system version and what you were doing.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the game deletes your progress from the device. Analytics data and crash reports are tied to random installation IDs and are deleted automatically. The data deletion page explains everything, including how to ask us by email.
