Delete the data on your device
- On iPhone, touch and hold the Dune Blast icon and choose Remove App → Delete App.
- On Android, open Settings → Apps → Dune Blast and choose Storage → Clear storage, or Uninstall.
This deletes your levels, stars, boosters, best score and settings. It can't be undone: we have no copy to restore. A backup of your device (iCloud, or Android's backup to your Google account) may still contain the game's data until that backup is replaced or deleted.
What else exists, and for how long
- Gameplay analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), tied to a random app-instance ID rather than to your name or email, which we never know. They are deleted automatically after 2 months.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), tied to a random installation ID. They are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Your emails to us, for as long as we need them to answer you and to show how we handled your request.
- Data we must keep by law, only for as long as the law requires.
Where the law requires consent, analytics and crash reports are only collected if you agreed; you can turn them off at any time in the game's Settings → Privacy choices.
Ask us by email
If you want us to delete anything we may hold, or have a question about your data, write to us.
The button opens an email to help@prllxlabs.com with the subject “Delete my Dune Blast data”. Because the game has no account, we can't usually single out your analytics or crash data from an email; we'll tell you what we found and what we did within 30 days.
Ads and Google
Data that Google AdMob collects when you see ads is controlled by Google, not by us. You can manage it with your device and Google settings:
- change your consent for personalised ads in the game's Settings → Privacy choices (where offered);
- on iPhone, stop tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking;
- on Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings;
- see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
More about your data and rights is in our Privacy Policy.
